I received my master’s degree in Counseling with a focus in Clinical Mental Health from Ball State University. In my counseling career I have worked with individuals, couples, and families experiencing struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and body image. I primarily utilize Emotion Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy in my clinical practice and have experience utilizing equine-assisted psychotherapy.

In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and son, being an active member in my church, baking, gardening, and crocheting.
